Business terms

These are the rules Acticlaim enforces for every business. The full legal agreement is published on this page before business accounts open, and the version you accept is recorded with your business.

1. Every reward is paid from money you lock in advance. Shoppers can see it is there before they buy.
2. You confirm each purchase at your till. You can void a purchase during its refund window, with a reason.
3. Every campaign is reviewed by Acticlaim before it goes live.
4. Chance-based prize promotions need your state lottery permit. Every-code-wins promotions do not.
5. Unused money returns to your balance after a campaign ends and its last refund window closes.
